Report bundle

Five analyses. One consistent methodology.

Collection update

August 2026 — the fifth report

The bundle from May 2026 included four reports on implementation costs. In August 2026 a fifth was added, on recurring costs — The cost of SaaS tools around a corporate website: 355 observations from the pricing pages of 91 vendors. The methodology is shared, but this report doesn't compute medians — the sample is price lists from seventeen categories, so it gives ranges and break-even thresholds. The PDF bundle by email includes all five reports.

2026 median landscape

Sixteen benchmarks on a single axis.

Flagship benchmark medians from the four reports, plotted on a single logarithmic scale. Each point is a sample median; each line is the P25–P75 range. The Polish web market spans three orders of magnitude.

Image on the Digital Vantage website

Four principles underpinning the whole bundle.

01|Observation

The three hardest benchmarks in the market.

Corporate website PLN 5,900 (n=66), web MVP PLN 30,000 (n=24), cross-platform mobile MVP PLN 40,000 (n=26). Three benchmarks with samples large enough to treat as representative central measures.

02|Observation

The mid → enterprise jump is a median 5x.

In every market category, the jump between the mid and enterprise tiers is a median of 3–7x. Corporate website PLN 5,900 → enterprise PLN 100,000. Store mid → enterprise ×3. MVP app → enterprise ×6.

03|Observation

Dedicated B2B starts at a quarter million.

The B2B tier in stores and business applications has medians above PLN 200,000 in all three categories where it exists at all. The complexity of ERP integration and role management is only apparently cheaper.

Methodology in brief

Four principles underpinning the whole bundle.

01|Principle

Median, not mean.

The Polish market contains projects ranging from PLN 1,500 to PLN 4.8 million. Under such conditions the arithmetic mean is heavily distorted by outliers. The P50 median and P25/P75 quartiles reflect the reality of the market.

02|Principle

Sample stratification.

Each report segments observations by contractor type (agency, software house, freelancer), region, technology stack and market position. Without this, medians blend together.

03|Principle

Only publicly available sources.

All 454 observations come from agency price lists, expert blogs, industry reports, Clutch and GoodFirms profiles, and market communications. No data under NDA, no data from clients.

04|Principle

Open data, CC BY 4.0.

Raw JSON datasets with Schema.org Dataset metadata are available at each report's URL. Identity anonymization at the code level, but the source URL and collection date are preserved.

Manifesto

Why Digital Vantage publishes these reports.

There's no public source that shows the complete picture of the Polish web market — from a freelancer building a website for fifteen hundred złoty to a corporate implementation worth five million. Agency price lists are fragmentary. Industry reports are either paid or focused on single segments. Expert commentary in trade media is based on intuition, not on a sample.

These reports are an attempt to fill that gap. They're based on publicly available observations, a consistently applied methodology, and open data. If someone wants to verify a number, they'll find the raw source in the JSON dataset. If someone wants to republish — the CC BY 4.0 license allows it.

Digital Vantage publishes these reports because the industry needs comparable numbers, and publishing them is cheaper than keeping them to ourselves. Each report includes a separate section positioning Digital Vantage against the collected data — transparently, with actual prices from our price list.
