Digital Vantage publishes several parallel programs of industry reports. Each program has its own publication cycle, its own methodology and its own collection of thematic reports. All programs share the same principle: publicly available sources, transparent methodology, open data under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license.
Four reports on implementation costs — websites, online stores, web and mobile applications — plus a fifth, added in August 2026, on maintenance costs: the cost of SaaS tools around a corporate website. The first four are built on P50 medians and P25/P75 quartiles; the fifth doesn't compute a median, because its sample is price lists from seventeen categories, not quotes for the same thing — it gives ranges and break-even thresholds. What stays common: public sources only, open data under CC BY 4.0, and frozen editions.
The publication plan assumes launching further report collections in coming quarters. Each collection will have its own methodology and its own publication cycle, but the principle of open sources and open data will remain shared.

All Digital Vantage report programs follow the same set of editorial principles. Full methodological documentation for each collection is available at the collection's URL.
Central measures suited to markets with high price dispersion and outliers — P50 and P25/P75 quartiles, not arithmetic means.
Each report segments observations along relevant axes (contractor type, region, technology, market segment) to avoid distributions blending together.
All observations come from publicly available price lists, expert blogs, industry reports, ranking profiles and market communications. No data under NDA, no data from clients.
All raw datasets are available in JSON format with Schema.org Dataset metadata, anonymized at the code level but with the source domain and collection date preserved.
Standard attribution format: "Source: Digital Vantage, [report title], {year} edition, www.digitalvantage.pl." The URLs of all reports have a stable hierarchy enabling permanent citation:
A list of all Digital Vantage report collections.
The current edition of the collection. Always leads to the latest publication.
A frozen historical edition of the collection with all reports.
The current edition of a specific report from the collection.
A frozen specific report from a specific edition.
Raw data for a specific report edition with Schema.org metadata.
For academic and press citations, we recommend using snapshot URLs with /edycja-{rok}/ — they ensure reference permanence independent of subsequent editions.
Questions about methodology, requests for raw data in a custom format, interview invitations, and suggestions for new report collections.
