12. Google Analytics (GA4)

We use Google Analytics 4 provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to analyze website traffic.

Analytics data is processed through our own server-side tagging hosted on the cdn.digitalvantage.co.uk subdomain (cdn.digitalvantage.eu, cdn.digitalvantage.ch for other language versions, respectively). This means that the data passes through our infrastructure before being transferred to Google Analytics.

Data collected includes: IP address (anonymized), browser and device type, pages visited, time of visit, source of traffic.

Legal basis: legitimate interest of the administrator (Article 6(1)(f) RODO) to analyze the use of the website in order to improve it.

13. meta (Facebook) - Pixel and Conversions API.

We use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (CAPI) technology provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland) to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).

Meta Pixel runs in the user's browser and collects data about interactions with the site. Meta Conversions API sends event data from our tagging server directly to Meta. We use an event (event_id) deduplication mechanism to avoid double counting the same interactions.

Data collected includes: pages visited, conversion events (contact, content viewing), IP address, browser information.

14. Microsoft Clarity

We use the Microsoft Clarity service provided by Microsoft Corporation to analyze user behavior on the site using heatmaps and session recordings.

Data collected includes: clicks, scrolls, mouse movements, device and browser information. Sensitive data (e.g., form content) is automatically masked.

15. Google Tag Manager

We use the Google Tag Manager (GTM) service to manage analytics and marketing tags on the site. GTM itself does not collect personal data - it is only used to implement and manage the other services described in this policy (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity).

GTM scripts are served from our own server (cdn.* subdomain) under server-side tagging technology, which provides greater control over data and compliance with first-party data rules.
