A law firm may not take money for pointing a contractor out to its client, and we will not pretend this can be worked around. So there are no flows between us at all: no commission, no invoices, no “gifts”. The benefit goes entirely to your client — they get a 5% discount on the project because they came through your referral.
What stays for you is what is really worth more in this relationship: a contractor you do not have to explain to your client, and referrals in the other direction when our client needs a lawyer.
We only require the name of the law firm and an email address — the rest speeds up the reply but does not condition it. A form cannot grant exclusivity for a county, so a human answers that, within one working day.
No commission, no invoice, no form of remuneration. This is not a declaration of goodwill but the condition on which this cooperation can exist at all.
5% of the project value, taken off the quote before they see it. The client knows where it came from, because we say so in the quote plainly.
We do not want to put you next to competition from the same street. So we first check whether the place is free, and only then confirm the cooperation.
Companies, restructurings, IT contracts, disputes with contractors — legal questions come up with us regularly and today we send them away at random. We prefer to send them to someone we know.
The name of the law firm will not appear in any of our case studies, quotes or on the website until we have it in writing.
You give the client a link or our contact. They decide whether to get in touch and what to tell us about themselves — professional secrecy remains intact.
Five fields: name, person, email, city and specialisation. Nothing more is needed at this stage.
Fifteen minutes. We check whether the county and specialisation are free, and tell you plainly what we do not do.
You get one page with what we agreed — the discount for the client, exclusivity, rules on citing you. Without it, it is just a pleasant conversation.
A client who comes through your referral gets a 5% discount and priority in scheduling. More importantly, they get a conversation that ends in a concrete figure — also when that figure reads “it is not worth doing”. A law firm that refers a contractor who tells the client the truth about the budget does not risk its own reputation.
The construction is simple: we pay you nothing, in any form. Only the client receives a benefit, and it is open — it appears in the quote they receive. We recommend that you go through this with your own compliance department before signing anything; we are not here to give opinions on your obligations.
A 5% discount on the project and priority in scheduling. We take the discount off the quote before sending it, so the client does not have to ask for it or cite anything.
As long as the cooperation is alive. If for twelve months no one comes from you and you get no one from us, we get in touch and ask whether it still makes sense — we do not quietly release the place.
Not straight away. A submission is five fields and a conversation. Only the arrangement after the conversation is put in writing, and it is one page, not a twenty-page framework agreement.
We answer to them, not you. That is why the arrangements include a clause that we do not cite your law firm as a guarantor of quality — a referral is not a surety.
